Welcome!
My own journey to understand healing is a unique story.  It actually all began with learning intuitive work at a young age, and a calling to the healing arts, followed by a period of struggle with mental health and physical health. This experience, although hugely challenging, also lit a fire within me, and sent me on a 20 year quest to understand all the levels healing!
I began intensive studies in psychology, nutrition, and naturopathic medicine. I then dove into meditation, 30 day intensive retreats, mindset coaching  & subconscious levels of healing. I felt I needed to study consciousness based healing,  transpersonal & spiritual healing, and understand more about all aspects of healing.Â
Â
I now only work with clients ready for the deeper journeys, via intimate and privately mentored 10+ week containers. I work with very few people at a time so intakes are limited. Â

Here is a more detailed bio and below you will find my story and thoughts surrounding the deepest healing.

Here is a little more about me and my story.
Similar to many intuitive and sensitive beings, my experience in my body was uncomfortable since as early as I could remember. I was sensitive, intuitive, and slightly uncomfortable within. I felt a longing for a deeper kind of love and connection, and would dream of spaces that at the time, that I didn't know were past lives and the space between lives. I remember longing for love, my twin flame & soul mate. I had no idea what this all meant when I was tiny, but later got to connect all the pieces of this longing, my love story, and my quest to understand healing for others.
A few events sparked my passion for the healing arts and a deeper journey to understand past lives and love. The first was disordered eating. The body discomfort I always felt grew into body shame in teenage years, and the longing for love I could feel within felt like confusing emptiness. This pain progressed to eventually needing to go into recovery, and the healing process was so hard for my young teenage self, but also truly enlightening. Without it, I may not have ever felt lit up, passionate and driven to do my work.  Once I landed in my own rock bottom abyss, I experienced a kind of waking up of my inner wisdom, my soul, that deep incredible light that we all define and experience in our own ways. And it was in this rock bottom place, that my soul began to show me the way. A huge purpose point within my Soul Design was exposed there, that I needed to understand the soul to body interface and how they relate and how this is part of healing. I was so young at the time, but I knew I would study medicine, psychology and the soul.
I also began to find mentors in intuition and developed psychic skills, and mediumship, and learned to connect with my own intuition deeply. I learned a lot of energy and soul stuff at the same time that I learned a lot of academic and medical stuff :)
I went to McGill University to study 4 years of psychology & nutrition, then continued on to the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine to complete 4 more years and a doctorate of naturopathic medicine.Â
Academics, evidence based modalities, research, degrees and diplomas lay a kind of foundation to expand the mind, create structure, and have helped me build cement for the first steps of this journey, and for all of the work I now do.Â
The thing that I noticed early on is that healing wasnât really fully happening even with a very comprehensive and integrative approach. I noticed very early on that so many were seeing physical results with naturopathic and allopathic medicines, and emotional and mental health related improvements with counselling, where the synergy of mind-body was beyond any doubt incredible.Â
However, I still was so often seeing that the root cause wasnât the root I was taught in integrative, functional medicine paradigms. Â
The root, in these cutting edge functional medicine paradigms being a physical or mental root cause, for example, the psoriasis happening, with symptoms int he skin layer, needs emotional and gut healing to get to the root and see resolution. Or, the depression happening needs serotonin building for the brain, gut healing for the production to be supported, and counselling/ coaching to address the emotions, the unmet needs, or the thought pattern momentum as the root causes...
These somehow felt to me as though they were roots yes, but not the deepest roots.
I knew at my core, from my own health journey, and all the years of education that there was more to integrate for healing and transformation.Â
I learned meditation, and went to long 30 day retreats where I went deeply inward through the mind, into the body, and got to know my inner knowingness, my Self, my soul - whatever you want to call that inner instinctual ability to KNOW, to REALLY KNOW. All humans know this, they just so often fear that it could be opposing some kind of old construct from culture or religion or other places to go there too much or talk about it too much. Â
The entire topic of the soul is so quick to be dismissed by our current empirical model of health, AND people tend to panic so fast, as soon as the blurred lines of spirituality and religion arise.Â
The problem really is that this pushing away of oneâs own experience of soul, and the currently accepted conceptual bubble of mind-body-only medicine is limiting healing. Â
There was a day in retreat where I remember KNOWING myself again for the first time after being pretty lost in mind and body work. It was like a restart button on my innate knowingness of myself, my purpose, my mission, my will and my entire being, mind, body, soul included. It was also after this that I realized soul, intuition, and alignment are at the root of healing. I believe medicine now needs to move forward into the third part of mind-body-soul integration. And more importantly, each person looking for transformation and healing needs to meet their soul, develop their innate knowingness or intuition, and also learn to live their lives using this knowingness as their compass in order to attain the highest levels of health and wellbeing.
In parallel, as a whole, we are unwell socially, and spiritually.
We are ill spiritually as well, as we have omitted the human need for spirituality, defined not as any shade of religious dogmas, but defined as a connectivity to our-Selves.
When we align our lives by listening to our intuition via our bodies, we begin to heal mind, body, and society.
The body has within it all of the power to heal. To begin to touch into this, we need to ignite our intuition. We need to take an active practice of quieting the mind in order to hear our bodies, and we need to actively face and feel and regulate our emotions. This is obviously an active state and involves to some degree commitment and work - and in some places feeling discomfort, emotions and pains. Â
How easy this is then, to run away from and chose to busy ourselves with distraction, and self-soothing substances, activities and avoidance mechanisms. However, the truth is that unless we begin to bridge mind-body medicine, to our basic intuitive ability to listen to our own selves, we donât fully heal, and we canât progress forward as a group when we block out one part of mind-body-soul. Â
Our intuition is key to EVERYTHING we want.
For the purpose of this entire Journey we will talk about the intuitive track as âalignmentâ, meaning, when we listen and move forward based on how our mind-body-soul guides us, we are in alignment. Alignment for most people is described as âIt feels rightâ. Following this feeling as we learn to trust our intuition is how we create a life we love.Â
I was led to love, abundance, healing and a life that is better than imagined - by listening to my soul.
I definitely understand how a soul-led life sometimes feels like it is too outside the box, scary or insecure, but the truth is that it is the exact roadmap to your deepest, most amazing desires. I can tell you first hand that the more you trust and listen to your soul, the more you realize your dreams.
IÂ will show you the way.
